Augusta’s policy is to make sure you feel confident about the safety of your precious metals during shipping. Every package we ship is covered under full shipping insurance. To date, a package has never been lost. However, if for any unlikely reason your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please be aware our insurance policies only extend to packages during transit. Once a signature or delivery confirmation is obtained, the customer is responsible for the package.
We ship via USPS Express Mail, Registered Insured or Federal Express. Large orders will be shipped via Brinks Armored. We ship anywhere in the United States.
Precious metals not contained within an Augusta® Gold IRA (or silver) can be sent to a P.O. box, but we require a signature upon delivery.
Precious metals contained within an Augusta® Gold IRA will be delivered to an approved non-government depository storage facility. Approved facilities are highly-secure, risk-averse and insured. You can choose the facility closest to you from locations in several U.S. cities or out of the country in Canada. The storage facility will charge a fee. Storage facilities are not owned by the U.S. government or associated with Augusta Precious Metals.
All of our packages are carefully and tightly wrapped in a box with discreet shipping labels and packaging. To ensure secure delivery, the delivery driver will not know what is in your box.
Our priority is shipping packages to you or a depository (depending on the type of purchase) with the contents safe and intact.
When you place an order at Augusta Precious Metals, you can track your order’s progress through the mail carrier’s website from the moment your order is placed until your products are delivered to your doorstep or to an approved depository. Orders are shipped approximately 7 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.
When ordering an Augusta® Gold IRA you can see and touch, your products are fully covered from our doorstep to the depository.
