We assign a customer success agent specifically to you. Your agent will take responsibility for keeping you informed, making sure your needs are met, and serving as a liaison with the other teams. (See more information below.)
2. Economic Analytics
Our lead analyst Devlyn Steele and his team will explain what’s happening in U.S. and global markets & economies and answer all your questions. If you qualify, they will meet with you in a free one-on-one web conference.
3. IRA Processing
This team does 95% of the legwork and paperwork for you: Augusta & custodial applications, transfer forms, rollover forms, as well as guiding the transfer of funds from your existing accounts and communicating with your new custodian.
4. Order Desk
Finally, you will work with the order desk. We research and pre-select the best-known precious metals products, make you aware of what’s available, and help you decide which precious metals you would like to buy.
Your Customer Success Agent
The knowledgeable Augusta representative personally assigned to you will be your primary point of contact through the entire discovery and purchase process.
Initially, your agent will introduce you to the analytics team, so you can learn what’s going on in the economy. You’ll receive a free guide or an invitation to Augusta’s Profit & Protect Web Conference, and your agent will help you make those connections.
Once you decide physical gold and silver makes sense for you, your agent will introduce you to the IRA processing team, to help you fill out the application for your new custodian that allows you to purchase gold and silver for your new IRA and transfer funds from your existing custodian — and then the order desk, to purchase your gold and silver and get it sent to the secure storage location you choose.
