The knowledgeable Augusta customer success agent personally assigned to you will be your primary point of contact through the entire discovery and purchase process.
Initially, your customer success agent will introduce you to the education team led by Mr. Devlyn Steele, Augusta’s director of education and a Harvard Business School analytics program member, so you can learn what’s going on in the economy. You’ll receive a free guide and an invitation to Augusta’s Gold & Silver Web Conference, and your customer success agent will make those connections.
How do you decide when it's the right time for you to get started?
We suggest you get the information you need to understand physical gold and silver, see if you like gold and silver, and determine whether you feel comfortable with the Augusta team. Then, your agent will introduce you to the IRA processing team to help you fill out the application for a new custodian that allows physical gold and silver.
Your IRA processing team will keep you posted on the movement of funds and the process. Once your funds arrive to the new custodian, then your agent will introduce you to the order desk and you tell us what gold and silver products you would like to purchase and where you would like to store them. Finally, Augusta’s confirmation department will call to confirm your purchase on a recorded line.
