Senior Account Executives are responsible for following a sales process to explain to people how to protect their retirement savings by diversifying their portfolios. These gold and silver specialists must be interested in becoming knowledgeable about precious metals, developing new customer relationships, and helping customers achieve portfolio goals they have established for themselves.

Account Executives

The Account Executive position is responsible for following a sales process to help customers diversify their portfolios. Account Executives help develop new relationships with customers and are focused on helping customers achieve their own portfolio goals.

Customer Contact Agent

This position is responsible for making first contact to hundreds of daily inquires and then routing them to the correct department where their questions can be answered.
